Mercat LLC is the first and largest operator of toll roads in Kyrgyz Republic, providing services for road maintenance, traffic and safety, as well as toll collection.

Road and rates
Bishkek northern Toll Bypass Road

The paid detour begins near the village of Novo-Pokrovka and ends at the 255th km of the Alma-Ata-Bishkek-Tashkent highway.

The length of the toll road is about 34 km.

The lane width - 3.75 m.

Toll collection points (TCP) are located at the entrances and exits from the road. Payment is made at the intersection of each (TCP).

A discount is provided when paying by OBU (transponder).
Transponder
Transponder is an autonomous on–board device
for contactless registration and providing the possibility of paying for travel.

  • Compact and practical device the size of a matchbox
  • It is easily attached to the windshield and is immediately ready to work
  • Does not require additional charging for 5-7 years
  • The SMS and e-mail notification service is currently provided in test mode for free.
  • The transponder solves the problem of owners of right—hand drive cars - you do not have to get out of the car.
  • The transponder can be obtained at Points of Sale (service offices).
  • In order to pay for travel using a Transponder, the User must join the Contract for the Provision of Services using a Transponder by acceptance, i.e. by expressing full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Contract. Acceptance for individuals is the submission to the Operator of a signed Application for the conclusion of a Contract (hereinafter referred to as the Application) in the unified form of the Operator.
  • To formalize the Contract, you must provide:
  • The data of the identity document, including information about the place of registration. To confirm the specified data, the User must present to the Operator the original of the identity document of a citizen or a foreign citizen.
  • Contact details: valid phone number, email address.
  • A completed and signed application for the conclusion of the Contract.
